This blog is for those people who are either freshers and looking for Job in IT industry or for those who are in perusing their engineering and planing for the Job hunt after their degree.

First of all I would like to tell you, there is great demand for software developers in the industry, then the question is why there are so many people who are unable to get the job?

The reason is there is a gap in the skills what we learnt in College/University and what industry is expecting from candidate.

There are cases where candidates are really good with their basics and implementation of technologies but the eligibility criteria for freshers is a hurdle for them and they are unable to get the chance to be interviewed.

Coming to the fill up the gap of skills, what candidate is missing, what technologies exactly companies are looking for and the right attitude, the attitude to learn new things in speedy way and implement it in the real scenarios.

When we talk about the things which are required for freshers to successfully finish job interviews are :

1. Aptitude Skills :

You are expected to be good with your mathematical aptitude and logical skill.you should be good with  Vocabulary.

2. Communication Skill

This is very important and essential skill. One should be able to communicate well, in English.
Sometimes interviews have group discussion round where they check your communication skill and observe your leadership skill and body language.

3. Technical Skills

This is the core skill as a Computer Science/ IT graduate. You should be good with basics, like OOPS concepts, Some UI skills (Html,CSS and Javascript). Any of the back end and database technology.
If you are good with any of the hot skills which is latest in the market and you know it, trust me company can't resist to hire you.

Note : You will continue to see your technical blogs in other posts or so.

Thank you.
