About Me

Dheeraj Kumar Jha: I Have Around 14 plus years of experience in IT Software Industry and worked on Various MNC'S like Mphasis,IBM,Headstrong, Tech Mahindra and EPAM and also had expereince for knowledge Transition to get new projects in India.I have worked with various domains like Banking,Telecom and Chain Management. I worked as a Project lead , Tech Lead and Project Manager for several onsite projects. I trained several resources who recently joined the organization. I receive several awards and appreciation from the industry for innovative ideas. During my work i always motivated team members and if required i provided the training . From last 1 year i am providing training in Oracle database and other programming language through offline and online. Apart from that I am Oracle Certified .
